Introduction Cool Cities

In this semester, in the 174 course we are doing a project called Cool Cities. In this project we will research and discuss many ideas related to this topic such as critical thinking, an inconvenient truth, Carbon Emissions and Carbon Footprint, One Planet Living & Cool Cities, Abu Dhabi Development, Abu Dhabi - A Cool City: Masdar and Who Should Take Action? These projects will help us to improve our knowledge and skills and develop to a high level of thinking. Critical thinking is an amazing idea. It is one of the human abilities that people ignore it and don't know how to use it. The problems of the world which are shown in the an inconvenient truth, the movie that discusses the changes in the earth presented by Al Gore the president of America eight years ago. Carbon Emissions and Carbon Footprint is an old problem which develops year by year. Scientists nowadays are work hard to search for solutions to solve those problems and prevent it. One Planet Living & Cool Cities, Abu Dhabi Development, Abu Dhabi - A Cool City: Masdar. This project explains how Abu Dhabi working hard to be one of the famous cities in the world and how the cities should be build in the future to less en the pollution.
